MSPSDC Shillong Recruitment 2026 Notification Overview
The Meghalaya State Public Services Delivery Commission has notified Grade C and Grade D vacancies to be filled through a competitive selection process. In compliance with Government Office Memorandum No. PER(AR)58/2024/36 dated 29 July 2025, there will be no interview for recruitment to Grade D posts in the Government of Meghalaya. Candidates will be selected strictly based on the written examination and qualifying skill/practical tests.

Age Limit Criteria (As on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 32 years as on 1 January 2026
- Upper Age Relaxation:
- SC / ST Candidates: 5 years (up to 37 years)
- PWD Candidates: Upper age limit as per OM No. PER(AR)150/88/560 dated 18.01.2023
- In-Service Government Candidates: No upper age limit applicable, subject to production of NOC from the appointing authority during document verification
- Proof of Age: School Certificate, Birth Certificate, or an extract from official registers certified by the Board of School Education will be accepted.

Accepted Payment Modes:
- Online payment using Debit/ATM Card, Net Banking, Credit Card, or UPI.
- Cash payment at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI) by selecting “Payment across Bank Counter” and generating an e-Challan. E-challan payments must be completed in the bank on or before 1 September 2026 by 11:59 PM.
Selection Procedure
- Written Examination: Scheduled to be conducted on 12 September 2026 for all advertised posts.
- Admit Card: Eligible applicants can download their admit card online from 8 September 2026 onwards from
rpa.meghalaya.gov.in. - Skill / Practical / Driving Test: Candidates applying for Driver must clear the Driving Test and Medical Eye Check-up. Candidates applying for Cleaner must clear the Practical Efficiency Test.
- No Personal Interview: In accordance with Govt OM, no oral interview will be conducted for Grade D posts. Selection will be based purely on test performance.
- Document Verification: As per OM No. PER(AR)71/2024/11 dated 18 July 2024, all registered applicants are permitted to sit for the examination; scrutiny of certificates is conducted post-written test.
