How to Apply for OBC Scholarship Assam?

  1. First, install the NSP OTR App and the Aadhaar Face RD App on your phone using the links in the Important Links section below.
  2. Then, complete face authentication to get your 14-digit OTR number.
  3. Next, open the NSP application link from the Important Links section and log in using your OTR number. Select the correct scheme, that is, Pre-Matric Scholarship for OBC Students or Post-Matric Scholarship for OBC Students.
  4. Fill in your personal, academic, and bank account details exactly as they appear in your documents.
  5. Enter your caste certificate, income certificate, and bonafide certificate details, and upload documents if the portal asks for them.
  6. Finally, check every field carefully, submit the form, and note down your application ID for tracking and renewal.
