Educational Qualification & Experience

Qualification requirements and post-qualification experience required as on 07.09.2026 for each discipline:

1. Manager Posts (3 Years Post-Qualification Work Experience Required):

• Manager (Engg-Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Civil + 3 years experience in Civil Engineering.
• Manager (Engg-Elect): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Electrical + 3 years experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Manager (Finance): MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / CA / ICWA / CFA + 3 years experience in Finance & Accounts (ERP/SAP).
• Manager (IT): B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / Computer Engg / IT / Electronics OR MCA + 3 years experience in Database Management / IT Infrastructure / Analytics.
• Manager (Architecture): Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture registered with Council of Architecture + 3 years experience.
• Manager (Law): Professional Degree in Law (3 years or 5 years integrated) eligible for enrolment as Advocate + 3 years experience.
• Manager (Fire Services): Full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech in Fire Engineering / Mechanical / Automobile + 3 years experience in Fire Services.
• Manager (Operations): B.Sc. + 2 years regular MBA OR B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline + 3 years experience in Airport/Airline Operations.
• Manager (Commercial): Graduate + 2 years MBA (Marketing) OR B.E. / B.Tech + 3 years experience in Marketing / Business Development / Contracts.
• Manager (CPMS): Post Graduate in Mathematical Statistics / Operations Research / Statistics / Economics / Mathematics + 3 years experience.
• Manager (Corporate Communications): Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication / Journalism / Literature + PG Degree / Diploma in Journalism / Mass Media + 3 years experience.

2. Junior Executive Posts (No Experience Required – Freshers Eligible):

• Junior Executive (Finance): MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / CA / ICWA / CFA. Experience: Nil.
• Junior Executive (Law): Professional Degree in Law (3 years or 5 years integrated) eligible for enrolment as Advocate. Experience: Nil.
• Junior Executive (Operations): Graduate in Science + 2 years regular MBA OR B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline. Experience: Nil.
• Junior Executive (Survey & Cartography): B.E. / B.Tech in Civil OR M.Sc. in Geography / Remote Sensing & GIS / Geo-informatics / Geomatics. Experience: Nil.

Age Limit & Relaxations

The age limit is calculated as on 07 September 2026:

• Manager Posts: Maximum age 32 years.
• Junior Executive Posts: Maximum age 27 years.

Upper Age Relaxations:

• SC / ST Candidates: 5 Years relaxation
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 3 Years relaxation
• PwBD Candidates: 10 Years relaxation

Remuneration & Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive IDA pay scales along with DA, Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, HRA, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Medical Benefits:

Selection Process

The selection procedure includes the following stages:

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective online examination across major cities in India. There is NO negative marking for wrong answers.
2. Application Verification & Interview: Conducted for Manager posts (Post Codes 1 to 11).
3. Physical Measurement / Endurance Test: Conducted specifically for Manager (Fire Services) including running, casualty carrying, rope climbing, and ladder climbing.
4. Driving License Verification: Essential Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) license required for Operations and Fire Services posts.
5. Final Merit Panel: Prepared based on CBT and Interview / Verification scores.
